De-stress

People have many ways to destress.. Mine, only a few that really worked.

  • Retail Therapy - But since i don't have much to spare this month.. yeah, i'm broke.. heheheh.. so small & cheap stuffs are also ok. I just got myself canvas shoes for less than RM20.. with small flowers print all over.. kawaii... Ada a few tops on 50% less at Denbenham... tapi, agak tiada budget.. sob2x
  • Shouting from the top of my lungs - I can only do this in my car with loud musics on.. kalau tak orang mesti ingat aku giler... kimochi........
  • Masak - i know ramai tak caya kalau aku ckp masak is one of my way to destress.. tapi memang aku suka masak & panggil kengkawan datang makan. but at the moment, my house is like a cave (kalau cakap bergema2), so takde la meng'invite' sesiapa. Last week i made baked spagetti and banana pie.. Maybe lepas ni nak try choc cheese cake plak.. hmmmm.. yummy.. (amaran kerajaan: suka masak tak bererti sedap ye.. and tak semestinye benda2 yg leceh nak masak :p)

Ok la... in previous post didie request for resipi karipap.. so here we go...

  • Flour, melted butter/marjerin, pinch of salt
  • Diced Onion & gallic, Chilli paste, Curry powder, diced tatoes, minced meat/chicken (optional-better rebus dulu)

Saute onion & gallic sampai naik bau. campur chilli paste & kari powder then tumis sekali ngan bwg2 sekalian. Then masuk kan tatoes, air tunggu sampai empuk.

Then sila la membentuk karipap anda.. Frankly, aku pon tak sure nak letak sukatan brapa.. sebab selalu nya aku belasah jer.. so pandai2 la agak ye kengkawan. kalau nak cepat pakai la acuan karipap tu.. tapi better seal d dough dgn tepung+air.. so takde la karipap korang ternganga2 nanti.. (happy tot.. happy tot.. hahahhaha)
