Yup... My mom & dad... First 2 letters of my name came from my mom's name and last three letters were my dad's... So what's left? RE.. heheheh

Girls' Nite Out

Life is soo busy with work and other activities with friends. Went to Jeram last week with Maw, GG and Irin. Great seafood and cheap. Had a big steamed Siakap, butter prawns, sotong tepung, pari bakar, and chilli crabs for only RM116. Makan sampai takleh bangun.. hahahhahaha...

Thurday nite hari tu lepak with the gurlz since didie was here in KL. It took me 1 and a half hour to pick Alim in Megan Avenue from putrajaya.. Itu pon ikut MEX... klu ikut jalan lain, i dunno what time la i'll arrive KL.

Had dinner at Pepper Lunch @ Pavillion with Alim, Irin & Maw. Leymah came after we finished our food. Then later we went for lepak session @ La Bodega with the others.... yaya, didie, myn. The gossips session started before we could even find seats. hahahah.. so keypoh...

While the gurlz busy catching up, i was busy with myn's DSLR.. hahahhaha... Can't wait for myn to upload he photos in her FB..

Ok... i better get going.. meeting Maw at OU in a bit...

De-stress

People have many ways to destress.. Mine, only a few that really worked.

• Retail Therapy - But since i don't have much to spare this month.. yeah, i'm broke.. heheheh.. so small & cheap stuffs are also ok. I just got myself canvas shoes for less than RM20.. with small flowers print all over.. kawaii... Ada a few tops on 50% less at Denbenham... tapi, agak tiada budget.. sob2x
• Shouting from the top of my lungs - I can only do this in my car with loud musics on.. kalau tak orang mesti ingat aku giler... kimochi........
• Masak - i know ramai tak caya kalau aku ckp masak is one of my way to destress.. tapi memang aku suka masak & panggil kengkawan datang makan. but at the moment, my house is like a cave (kalau cakap bergema2), so takde la meng'invite' sesiapa. Last week i made baked spagetti and banana pie.. Maybe lepas ni nak try choc cheese cake plak.. hmmmm.. yummy.. (amaran kerajaan: suka masak tak bererti sedap ye.. and tak semestinye benda2 yg leceh nak masak :p)

Ok la... in previous post didie request for resipi karipap.. so here we go...

• Flour, melted butter/marjerin, pinch of salt
• Diced Onion & gallic, Chilli paste, Curry powder, diced tatoes, minced meat/chicken (optional-better rebus dulu)

Saute onion & gallic sampai naik bau. campur chilli paste & kari powder then tumis sekali ngan bwg2 sekalian. Then masuk kan tatoes, air tunggu sampai empuk.

Then sila la membentuk karipap anda.. Frankly, aku pon tak sure nak letak sukatan brapa.. sebab selalu nya aku belasah jer.. so pandai2 la agak ye kengkawan. kalau nak cepat pakai la acuan karipap tu.. tapi better seal d dough dgn tepung+air.. so takde la karipap korang ternganga2 nanti.. (happy tot.. happy tot.. hahahhaha)

I think i've forgotten how to write... don't even remember that i have a blog.. hahahaha... well i've been busy or maybe jugak mem'busy'kan diri. I'm basically married to my job... it's a love-hate relationalship.. there were time that i really enjoying my job and there were time i hate it really much. And recently someone in d office is bringing a bad energy.. i could never feel comfortable dealing with him.

Other than work, my life is plain, boring and dull. nothing new. hmmm well.. actually i'm quite distracted with the korean show. I think i better concentrate on the TV first.. hehehehe... I promise i will write more often..(since streamyx pon dah pasang kat umah)..
